Volunteers

Volunteers are a critical part of the Consignment Sale and we need lots of volunteers. They ensure the event runs smoothly and all families enjoy their shopping experience.

A volunteer does not have to be a Seller but if a seller chooses to volunteer, they will receive 70% of their sale prices.

Volunteers get to attend the private presale before the sale is opened to the general public. Becoming a volunteer is a great way to meet other parents, get away from your daily routine and have FUN!

There are various shifts throughout the day and evenings, both on weekdays and on the weekend.

Volunteer tasks and rules:

• Set-up and break-down of the venue
• Assisting during the Drop-off of items
• Assisting on the sales floor, arranging items, assisting shoppers
• Children will not be allowed during the shift you‘re volunteering

Sign up for the shift(s) that fit your schedule. Please do not sign up for a shift unless you’re sure you’ll be available to work it.
