Sellers

We want you to have a successful sale, below are instructions to get you started:

Note to Sellers: Space is limited - register early to secure your slot!
  • You can sell (consign) items from newborn to size 16 List of acceptable and unacceptable items
  • Minimum number of items you can consign is 15
  • To defray the location and marketing costs, a $5.00 fee will be deducted from your earnings.
  • Minimum price of each item, or bundle of items is $1.00. Items can be bundled to make this price.
  • Prices will need to be in whole dollar amounts – no cents
  • Price your items at about 25 to 35 per cent of the original sale price. However, you’re free to choose any price.
  • We need volunteers - sellers who complete a volunteer shift will receive 70% from their total sales!!
  • Sellers and volunteers are invited to a Preview Sale - a day before the sale is open to the general public.
  • Items on the floor will be monitored to ensure they meet quality guidelines

The Big Picture – high-level steps on the process:

  1. Register to participate in the sale, and tell a few other savvy parents about this opportunity.
  2. Gather all the quality items you’d like to sell and ensure they’re clean and in excellent condition
  3. Log on to your online account and create an inventory of your items.
  4. Print bar-coded tags and attach them to the items you’d like to sell
  5. Drop off the items to the venue
  6. Volunteer to assist during the sale and you’ll get an opportunity to shop before the general public and receive a larger percentage of your sales. Note: Volunteers do not need to be Sellers. Volunteering earns you a pass to shop early.
  7. After the sale ends, Sellers will need to pick up unsold items that they elected to not donate. Checks will be in the mail within 2 weeks.
